On December 7th 2023, a delegation from the British Asian Trust Board (BAT) visited PSP School Gadap and conducted a meeting with the Senior Management of the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) at Head Office in Karachi. The BAT board members, including Khatun Sapnara, a distinguished Circuit Judge and Deputy High Court Judge in London, known for her extensive contributions to various charity boards, and Ganesh Ramani, a partner and Global Head of Structured Finance Investing and Lending at Goldman Sachs. The delegation's field visit was led by Deputy Director South Zone, Mukhtiar Ali Chandio, and Regional Head Karachi, Abdul Fateh Jokhio. During their visit to PSP School Gadap, they interacted with students, observed ongoing activities, and expressed appreciation for the efforts of SEF. Witnessing children from small villages pursuing their ambitious dreams filled them with excitement. In addition to the school visit, the delegation met with the Managing Director and senior management. The Managing Director of SEF provided a concise presentation outlining the foundation to the BAT board members. The presentation was followed with discussion on working on the way forward for piloting of impact bond in Sindh.
