At Foundation Assisted School - SEF Indus Educational Academy Kurkali, an inspiring event took place as part of the Global Polio Education Initiative in collaboration with EOC Sindh. An essay competition on "The Role of Students in Polio Prevention" was organized, where two exceptional students, Sawera and Syed Wajeeh, were shortlisted for their outstanding contributions and honored as Polio Ambassadors. A ceremony was held at the H.M. Khawaja Auditorium Hall in Nawabshah, where the Commissioner of Shaheed Benazirabad Syed Muhammad Sajjad Haider served as the chief guest, along with Deputy Commissioner Shehryar Gul Memon. The Commissioner awarded certificates to the students and proudly adorned them with Polio Ambassador sashes, recognizing their pivotal role in raising awareness about polio prevention. The event emphasized the importance of students' involvement in promoting global health.
